The Central Wyoming College Lady Ruslter volleyball program will begin their third year of play since the return of volleyball in less than two weeks.

The Lady Rustlers will open up 2008 play August 22nd and 23rd with the McDonald's Classic Tournament, then bounce back for another home tournament with the WCCAC Tourney. Both will be held at Rustler Gymnasium at Central Wyoming College.

CWC will feature 13 new faces on the team, with the entire team from the first year of Cdub volleyball graduating earlier this year. There will be two returners in Chaisley Gill and Kristan Cornia.

New faces include Fremont County product Siarra Nicholas, former Wyopreps' Nicole Kallas of Evanston, Abby Pollart from Powell, Lynzee Crosland of Kemmerer, and Dixie Warren out of Freedom, Wyoming.

There will also be a host of athletes hailing from Utah. Maja Kirkman is from Cornish, Utah. Alicia Nelson comes from South Jordan, UT, Emeline Tuakalau is from Salt Lake City, and both Tiffay Wilde and Brooke Tolman are teammates out of Brigham City, Utah. Wilde and Tolman will play both volleyball and basketball for the Lady Rustlers.
